- Pantanal, MS The Rio Paraguai (Paraguay River) basin provides most water systems throughout the Pantanal and has roughly 175 offshoots. Over 260 fish species live in these waters; they flourish especially when the flooding of the low-lying areas brings them nutrients. Your guide will assist you in getting the fishing license and instruct you in the size and catch limits. The Miranda cuts through the southern Pantanal. |
